During the first session, you will set three core goals for 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months and get the big picture
You will start practicing building awareness about your lifestyle choices and after 6 months you will have created a NEW LIFE
You will create mindfulness and confidence about what your body really needs to achieve your goals and keeping the for a lifetime
You will learn about what "healthy eating" means for your, as we are all different
You will clean up you body from toxins
You will heal your gut, your second brain and you will get more focus and energetic

You will get a toolbox many new ideas for meals and how to combine food so you can feel mentally focus, energetic, and release the stress of meal planning and focus on what really matters to you
