THRIVE 6-Months Program

The THRIVE Program is perfect for those who are ready to TRANSFORM. You are committed to make real long lasting changes, and be consistent. You want to experiment with new foods and ways of eating. You want to set a foundation, practice and be guided, step by step, into a new way of living. After 6 months of working with me my goals is to be fired by you because you have transformed and have learned everything necessary to live your new life.

Six months is the optimal and perfect timeframe to establish new lifelong habits, routines, and mindset changes that really work for you and can keep them for life.

What we will cover 

  • We will create the foundation of your new life
  • We will identify your 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months goals and get the big picture
  • We will set the commitment and practice month after month
  • We will analyze the current foods that are not serving you and try new ones that are good for you
  • We will review your current lifestyle and make the changes necessary
  • We will experimenting with new whole foods and meals
  • We will discover new habits that fit your lifestyle
  • We will set routines and mindset changes that will start set you on a transformational journey

With the THRIVE Program you will receive

  • One 1-hr complimentary assessment session to determine your goals and the changes we need to include in your lifestyle
  • Twelve (12) 1-hour personal coaching session via any video conferencing platform. I'd like to see your beautiful face.
  • In each session we will assess your nutrition and lifestyle, discuss your progress and you will get recommendations best on your results and goals.
  • Handouts about different nutrition and life topics depending on your goals
  • A done-for-you suggested meals and recipes guide, so you can forget about the stress of not knowing what to eat for 6 months
  • Grocery shopping guides
  • E-books, for the nerd in you that likes to learn a lot!
  • Bonus material customized to your own goals
  • Email support and accountability between sessions during the program

We will work in 4 phases 

  

Phase One: Set the foundation

  • Identify your goals and the big picture
  • We will review your current lifestyle
  • Set the commitment
  • I will guide you thru an elimination diet when we will determine the foods that are not good for you
  • We will set routines and mindset changes that will start your transformation


Phase two: Get cleaned up and RESET!

  • We will do a cleanse process when we will clean up your body from toxins that are not supposed to be in your body
  • We will keep reviewing your your habits and set new ones to keep for life
  • We will analyze the foods that you can keep eating and the one that are not good for your unique body
  • We will maintain the routines and mindset changes that help you THRIVE
  • We will analyze together other areas of your life that influence you health and work on creating a balance


Phase three: Give some love to your gut and focus

  • We will do a gut healing process to restore the health of your gut which is you second brain so you can improve your focus
  • We will introduce new foods and analyze how they help you thrive and be energetic
  • We will keep reviewing your your habits and mindset changes, and set new ones to keep for life
  • We will analyze together other areas of your life that influence you health and work on creating a balance


Phase four: Let's make it a lifestyle and live your new life

  • We will work together on being consistent in your new eating habits, keep including food that are good and eliminating the ones that are not
  • We will keep reviewing your habits and mindset changes, and set new ones to keep for life
  • We will analyze together other areas of your life that influence you health and work on creating a balance
  • We will set a plan to keep for life

Main goals of this program

  • During the first session, you will set three core goals for 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months and get the big picture

  • You will start practicing building awareness about your lifestyle choices and after 6 months you will have created a NEW LIFE

  • You will create mindfulness and confidence about what your body really needs to achieve your goals and keeping the for a lifetime

  • You will learn about what "healthy eating" means for your, as we are all different

  • You will clean up you body from toxins

  • You will heal your gut, your second brain and you will get more focus and energetic

  • You will get an arsenal of tools create your NEW LIFE  

  • You will get a toolbox many new ideas for meals and how to combine food so you can feel mentally focus, energetic, and release the stress of meal planning and focus on what really matters to you
